DPDP Act Section 13 — Right to Grievance Redressal

Every Data Fiduciary must appoint a Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) to address complaints from Data Principals. If your grievance is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI).
