Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data.

Right to Access (Section 11)

Request a summary of all personal data we hold about you, including how it is processed and with whom it is shared.

Right to Correction (Section 12)

Request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data, or completion of incomplete data.

Right to Erasure (Section 12)

Request erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Right to Portability (Section 11)

Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format to transfer to another service provider.

Right to Nominate (Section 14)

Nominate another person to exercise your data rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

Right to Grievance (Section 13)

File a complaint if you believe your data rights have been violated. File a grievance here.

What happens next?

1. We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
2. We verify your identity (Aadhaar, PAN, or Email OTP).
3. We process and fulfill your request within 30 days.
4. If we need more time, we'll extend with a valid reason (max 60 days total).
